ok so guess what

I got a job!
I am going to be teaching first grade!
I could not be more thrilled with where I ended up
because, listen to this...on Wednesdays... are you ready for this?
I get to wear athletic pants!! Every Wednesday!
They call it "Wind Suit Wednesday", which for me translates to
"Athletic Pant Wednesday Because That Swishy Sound That Wind Suits Make Makes Me Literally Gag"
Isn't that the best??
Oh and those darn cute first graders don't hurt either!
So, in summation, I got a job and it's awesome.

But really, school starts Wednesday and I'm scared to death.

yesterday, my best friend Erin gave birth
to her precious, perfect baby boy
Devin Bradley!
i just love him.
and i just love her.
and i know Erin's going to be a great mom!

finally!

after months and months of trying to
potty train this boy, it's official.
he's been wearing big boy underwear
for 2 weeks.
it's about time!

one down...one to go.

is 2 months too young to start potty training?
